Julie Carmouche

Julie was born in Baton Rouge, LA and comes from a family of hairdressers. She initially fell in love with the hair industry because she loves the idea of marrying business with beauty. She also thought it would be a really fun job!

Julie graduated from the Aveda Institute in Baton Rouge, LA and has been working at Salon Dolce Vita for 2 years. She trained under the owner, Trish Vinyard, for over 6 months.

Julie loves to create soft, beautiful looks that are fresh and complement the client’s style and attitude. She loves to teach her clients how to recreate the look she gives them with proper technique and product use. Julie is proud of the team she works with and loves the salon’s laid back atmosphere.
